The story is pretty stark. TES absolutely farms fair blue decks like Energy, Delver variants, Death & Taxes, and Lands, where it can just goldfish without much disruption. But it bleeds badly to the permission-heavy Dimir Tempo shell (12-49, nearly a 1-in-5 win rate), and the other fast combo decks Doomsday and Oops All Spells are also brick walls -- both likely because those matchups come down to who can apply pressure and protect a line simultaneously, and TES loses that race. Blue Artifacts is also a rough spot at 31.25%.
A note on sample sizes: Dimir Tempo is the most played deck in the format at 10% meta share, so the 61-match sample there is highly reliable. Several other matchups (Mono Red Stompy at 6, Cradle Control at 7) are small enough to take with a grain of salt.
