could you sort every top deck in their major archetype (combo, control, midrange and aggro) and tell me if they are all balanced inside of their archetype or if one of the major archetype is stomped by a deck and is a clear choice for that kind of archetype ?

I'll analyze the current Modern meta to categorize top decks by archetype type and see if any deck dominates its category.

Based on the last 30 days of Modern tournament data, here's how the top decks break down by archetype:

AGGRO

  • Boros Energy: 12.26% meta, 50.0% WR
  • Affinity: 8.73% meta, 51.24% WR
  • Domain Zoo: 6.12% meta, 55.95% WR ⭐
  • Prowess: 4.42% meta, 46.25% WR

Analysis: Domain Zoo is the clear winner in aggro with the highest winrate (55.95%) despite lower presence than Boros Energy and Affinity. Boros Energy dominates in popularity but is merely average in performance.

COMBO

  • Goryo Reanimator: 8.95% meta, 49.38% WR
  • Blue Belcher: 7.41% meta, 47.13% WR
  • Amulet Titan: 5.26% meta, 57.99% WR ⭐
  • Neobrand: 2.76% meta, 45.81% WR
  • Ruby Storm: 2.13% meta, 51.28% WR
  • Broodscale: 1.56% meta, 51.72% WR
  • Grixis Reanimator: 1.22% meta, 49.25% WR
  • Living End: 1.06% meta, 42.11% WR
  • Samwise: 0.81% meta, 52.38% WR

Analysis: Amulet Titan absolutely dominates with a 57.99% winrate, despite modest presence. Goryo and Blue Belcher lead in popularity but underperform. Combo is the most crowded category with varied success rates.

CONTROL

  • Azorius Control: 4.75% meta, 46.51% WR
  • Esper Blink: 5.33% meta, 45.17% WR
  • Azorius Blink: 1.97% meta, 52.21% WR
  • Esper Frog: 0.74% meta, 45.0% WR

Analysis: Control is struggling overall. No clear winner—Azorius Blink performs best (52.21%) but has minimal presence. The popular options (Esper/Azorius Control) are underperforming.

MIDRANGE/RAMP

  • Tron: 7.70% meta, 50.23% WR
  • Ramp Eldrazi: 3.76% meta, 48.08% WR
  • Mill: 1.44% meta, 43.04% WR

Analysis: Balanced but unremarkable. Tron is the safe choice with decent presence and even winrate. No dominant deck here.

Summary

Most imbalanced categories: Combo (Amulet Titan is far ahead) and Aggro (Domain Zoo clearly best). Control is weak across the board. Midrange is the most balanced but also the least exciting category.
