Hey @celobee_, great question! Here's a full breakdown of what MetaMage's database contains:

The database covers 7 competitive formats: Modern, Legacy, Pioneer, Standard, Pauper, Vintage, and Duel Commander. In total it holds data from 4,486 tournaments, 185,872 tournament entries, and tens of thousands of unique players. Coverage goes back as far as March 2024 for Modern and Pauper, with other formats starting between late 2024 and mid-2025. The most recent events are from March 9-10, 2026.

Tournament data is sourced from four platforms. MTGO (Magic Online) accounts for the majority at roughly 62% of all events, covering League 5-0 dumps and Preliminary/Challenge results. Melee.gg makes up about 37% and covers paper and organized play events. A small number of events also come from Cardsrealm and other sources.
