MAINDECK STAPLES (near-universal):

  • Steam Vents and Spirebluff Canal are the mana base alongside Island, all at ~99-100% presence.
  • Stormchaser's Talent, Riverpyre Verge, Boomerang Basics, and Burst Lightning form the core spell package, each appearing in ~89% of lists at 4 copies.
