THE NEAR-UNIVERSAL PACKAGE (90%+ presence):
These cards show up in essentially every list. Stormchaser's Talent (91%, 4 copies) is the engine that ties the deck together, rewarding spells-matter play. Boomerang Basics (91%, ~4 copies) and Multiversal Passage (86%, ~3 copies) round out the spell suite. On the land side, Spirebluff Canal (99%) and Riverpyre Verge (91%) are the dual land backbone alongside Steam Vents (81%).
THE FLEXIBLE CORE (60-75% presence):
Into the Flood Maw (74%, ~2 copies) provides interaction and card selection. Burst Lightning (70%, ~4 copies) is the primary removal/burn spell. Cantrips split between Opt (65%) and Sleight of Hand (62%), both at ~4 copies. Elusive Otter (61%, ~4 copies) and Slickshot Show-Off (61%, ~4 copies) are the primary threats, while Stock Up (60%) rounds out card draw.
